Once we receive your request, our team will review it and contact your facility to discuss the details.
STAGES OF COOPERATION
Receipt of an Official Request from the Hospital
The hospital submits an official letter outlining the facility’s needs.
Needs Analysis and Project Assessment
Our team reviews the request, clarifies the details, and assesses the feasibility of the project.
Securing Funding and a Donor
Once the project is approved, the Foundation begins seeking funding and partners to support its implementation.
Signing the Required Documents
Once funding is confirmed, the parties sign the necessary agreements and complete the required documentation.
Project Implementation
The Foundation supplies the equipment or provides services in accordance with the agreed project plan.
Equipment Handover or Completion of Works
Once the project is completed, the parties sign handover and acceptance certificates and/or other required documents.
Reporting and Project Launch
Once the project is completed, an official launch is held. The hospital provides the information and materials required for reporting.
