A hybrid solar power system has been installed at Hadiach Central Hospital
Hadiach Central Hospital is one of the key healthcare facilities in the Poltava Region, providing care to thousands of patients every year. To ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical departments even during emergency power outages, the hospital has been equipped with a hybrid solar power system. The project was implemented by the Spunbond Charitable Foundation in partnership with Garnier.

The new energy system includes a solar power system with a capacity of over 60 kW and a 160 kWh battery storage system, providing up to 10 hours of autonomous operation in the event of a power outage.

The project will help the hospital save more than UAH 700,000 annually on electricity costs, reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 62 tonnes per year, and make the facility more energy-independent and resilient.

We thank the hospital team for their dedicated work every day, and our partners for their trust and support. Partnerships like these provide Ukrainian hospitals with reliable solutions that help ensure uninterrupted medical care even amid energy challenges.
